Things that I have really done well over the course is trying to keep up with my daily blogs and journal entrances. One thing that makes me proud as I look back at it is staying up to date with these blogs.
My dominant allocations is to be at school in time. Mostly every Monday-Friday I have to wake up, get ready, do what I got to do, then take off to school. When I arrive at school I spend almost eight hours there. Once school is dismissed I go straight home unless there is a special event after school. Once I get home I got to do my chores, do homework, and then study. After that I have spare time sit and relax.
Overall I really like the point the author was trying to make over the story. What is says in the story is no matter how big you are, what matters if you are determined to reach your goal. So overall I think the author wanted to spread positively and trying to teach a lesson.
After What I heard what Dr. Preston had to say about having a agenda for each day of the week, I thought this was a great idea because being organized makes my life so much easier and is a also key to having better grades.
When I get assigned an essay I start to worry because a lot of things just start coming to my head like What will I write about, is it going to be a difficult task, When is it due, Will I finish on time, and will I get a good grade.
In my opinion I do not believe that "The Mentor's" use of diction, syntax, and tone effectively convey his message because they are not trying to arrange words and phrases.
My response to this blog was confusing at first because I didn't get the point the author was trying to make. As I continued to read the blog I realized that it was talking about hacking and how he/she stood up for hackers. It also talks about their life as a hacker. I agree with the author because I do believe hackers get a lot of hate/crime towards them even though there is more people who commit bigger crimes than them and aren't hated
My question was what will happen when population growth gets out of control. Overtime I've been researching my question and it turns out to be that rapid population growth would lead to major environmental change. Also it would demand for more resources we need to live.
It is important to get to know the people around you because it helps you get to know their feelings, beliefs, and intentions. It is important to know these types of things because you want to be able to respond appropriately to different situations.
Today my question was, what will happen when population growth gets out of hand. I ask this question because what if there was shortages in food and medical facilities due to population growth. This would led to hunger and deaths.
Yes, I believe everyone is entitled to an opinion because each person is different in their own ways and not everyone thinks the same. For example if no one had an opinion about something than everything would be a fact. But then not everyone should be entitled to an opinion because their opinion could be negative and get them in trouble.
In my opinion it is interesting how there is different techniques to memorize almost about everything. My overall best memorizing technique from the blog is the "How to Remember Names" one because it is interesting and I am always guilty of forgetting certain people's names.
In the beginning of this blog it was pretty hard to understand what the message was because of high vocabulary words. Later in the blog it started to make way better sense. Knowing your rights is so important because if not you could get yourself in trouble and people could take advantage of you.
I believe the Socratic Method is a helpful method because you get the option to share your opinions and hear what everyone else has to say. Also I believe its a good method because you get to develop a new set of skills.
